Pulled in on a snowy Saturday morning with a completely flat tire. We were traveling from BC back to Edmonton. They guys were great! When my trucks alternator quit right outside Banff, I was forced to tow to a mechanic. I was nervous for my bank account- whatever shop I chose had me by the balls as I wasn’t going to tow it anywhere else. Thankfully I chose this shop- they were incredible. Great service, priced fairly, and had me back on the road in two days (despite having to order the parts!). They kept me updated, and everyone I spoke to was incredibly polite, kind, and professional. Thanks so much for the help!!
Today when I pass through the Banff, when the speed over 100 km my car start shaking, I am a little bit worried about safe so google this auto shop to take a look, it’s during lunch time so I can’t find anyone from their office, I have to ask some help from the workshop, there’s one dude he was so nice and helpful, after help me check out the wheels he told me there might be some mud on my wheels destroy the balance of the car, after wash all of the wheels everything’s good again. I don't know his name, just came here to say thank you so much
First time using their service, I dropped my car off this morning for an oil change and they included a complimentary ten point inspection - was not expecting it, lovely surprise when I came to pick it up. Service was friendly and professional with very fair pricing, highly recommend!
